All our cabins come available with an optional “Bunk and Breakfast” Plan... savor cowboy favorites such as: Steak and Eggs, Huevos Rancheros, Biscuits and Gravy, and other hearty meals to get you ready for your day. Fruit and cereal options are available as well.

• Stay in the original Settler's Cabin built in the 1920’s. It has been completely renovated and sleeps up to 7 comfortably with 2 queen beds and 3 twin beds. It features a kitchen with gas stove, a wash sink, ice-box, and wood burning fireplace. (No Electric.) An authentic Outhouse is nearby, or modern toilet and shower facilities are available in our Common House.
• Stay in the original Cherry Vale School house. Built in 1928 its largest class was 15 students, and this one-room school house served the Cherry Valley children for nearly 20 years. It sits a stones-throw from Cherry Creek, and the creek sounds through the open windows at night will lull you into a peaceful nights sleep. The School has been completely renovated into a rustic country cottage that sleeps up to 4 comfortably with a queen bed and queen hide-a-bed. It features a wood burning fireplace, a gas cook stove/oven, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, a wash sink, and a Tv with DVD. An authentic outhouse is nearby, or modern toilet and shower facilities are available in our Common House.

All cabins include: cooking utensils, pots, pans, dishes etc. Sheets/linens, and towels. (Housekeeping service provided on stays longer than 3 nights)

• Rustic Tent Sites are available by the creek and on top of the mesa.
• RV or Horse Trailer sites are available, with water and electric. (No sewer or dump station on site.)

The Common House is open for all guests use. It has a full shower and toilet facility, washer/dryer, TV with Direct TV, DVD, VCR and movies to borrow, and a fireplace. Soda and Snacks are also available for sale.

All our accommodations are Rustic... this means they have no running water, and some cabins do not have electric. Water is hauled for cooking and washing, and lanterns are provided for light. Toilet and shower facilities are short walk to the Common House, Outhouse style toilets are located near each cabin.

Our accommodations are also available during hunting season October thru mid-December.
